Eucerin Q10 ACTIVE Eye Cream has been specially formulated with Coenzyme Q10 to treat fine lines and wrinkles in the delicate eye area.
Coenzyme Q10, a substance that depletes naturally with age, recharges skin cells increasing their regenerative potential to diminish wrinkles and under eye circles, while antioxidant qualities protect from new lines forming.
To ensure good skin tolerability in the delicate eye area, the formula is ophthalmologically-tested, paraben-free, fragrance-free and without artificial colourants.

How to use

Instructions

First time users are recommended to apply the product on the inner forearm and assess skin condition for at least a day before applying it to the face.

Use in the morning after Eucerin Q10 ACTIVE Day Cream or Day Cream for normal to combination skin, or in the evening after Eucerin Q10 ACTIVE Night Cream.
Apply underneath and around the eye area.
Use a gentle patting motion to work product into skin.
Wait five to ten minutes before applying make-up.

For your daily routine

Cleanse with Eucerin DermatoCLEAN Mild Cleansing Milk.

To soothe and prepare sensitive skin to better absorb the cell-energising active ingredients, tone skin using Eucerin DermatoCLEAN Clarifying Toner.

Apply of Eucerin Q10 ACTIVE Day Cream for dry skin, Day Cream for normal to combination skin or Eucerin Q10 ACTIVE Night Cream (as appropriate) onto the face, neck and décolleté (chest), working the product into skin using gentle upwards motions.

Layer a small amount of Eucerin Q10 ACTIVE Eye Cream underneath and around the delicate eye area to hydrate skin and discourage future lines and wrinkles from forming.

Pat product into skin using a gentle patting motion, starting in the inner corner and working out towards the temples.

If additional SPF protection is needed, apply Eucerin Sun Fluid Mattifying SPF 30/50+ to exposed skin on the head, neck and chest after applying Eucerin Q10 ACTIVE Day and Eye Care.

Coenzyme Q10

Coenzyme Q10 is a substance found naturally in the body that helps cells convert nutrients into energy. In skin it works to re-energise cells, "recharging" their regenerative potential to make them stronger and function more efficiently.

It also has potent antioxidant qualities, which give it the ability to neutralise cell damaging free-radicals caused by the external environmental factors, like UV and pollution, that contribute to collagen and elastin breakdown.

As we age, Coenzyme Q10 levels decrease so cells become less able to regenerate and defend themselves naturally. As a result skin ages prematurely and becomes more prone to lines and wrinkles.

Mitochondria (also known as the ”powerhouse“ of a cell) produce energy by continuously converting nutrients and oxygen into ATP (adenosine triphosphate). Due to the ageing process, the amount of free radicals increases leading to incremental damages in the mitochondria.
